To better serve you, we now have two locations!

Animal Eye Clinic offers OFA examinations Monday-Thursday.  Appointments are required for each patient.  As a courtesy, we ask that you arrive ten minutes before your examination time to fill out the OFA form and to allow for dilation. OFA forms are triplicate and must be filled out at your appointment time.

Each examination screens for ocular diseases that are considered inherited, which differ between breeds. Dr. Paulsen examines performs a full ophthalmic examination of both eyes at each exam.  Because inherited eye diseases can appear at anytime during an animal's lifetime, OFA examinations can be done as early as 6 weeks of age and are required annually.
